More Information
If your little ones sleeping problems are affecting your family life, it is time to manage naps and bedtime.
The best lesson you can teach your child is how to soothe herself to sleep which will help your baby to rest for longer periods and put herself back to sleep when she wakes during the night. Putting herself back to sleep will allow her to get the rest she needs to grow and thrive. Bedtime battles will cease to exist.
As a sleep consultant, I also stress the importance of teaching babies and children to fall asleep independent of being rocked or nursed. If you are currently using one or more sleep "crutch" to put your baby off to sleep, eliminating them will be the best gift you can give your child.
Your baby can put herself off to sleep! Multiple night awakenings will cease to exist. Longer naps will be achieved.
I will ask you to commit to a plan which I design for you, then offer you moral support as we put the plan into effect.
When you have all the necessary information including your personal ‘Sleep Plan’, you will be able to respond with confidence to any sleep issues that may arise.
The sleep plan I design for your family will ensure you have all the tools you need to put the plan into action! You will feel confident, supported and reassured that you can do it!
