Sleeping - Babies & Children
I offer several different types of services to address sleeping and settling in young babies and children. I have also researched the types of support services that are preferred by parents and some prefer the home visit options.
Whether you choose the “no home visit” or one of the “home visit” options, you are guaranteed of success with any of my sleep plans.
Depending upon the age of your child and the sleep issues she is having, I will design a plan that takes into consideration your comfort levels as her parents, what her sleep issues are, your expectations and goals.Many parents’ expectation is that their child cannot do it! Believe that your child can do it and with your guidance, love and support, will surprise you with just what she is capable of!
Your child can do it and so can you!
I have developed techniques that allow children to learn how to sleep on their own without requiring “sleep crutches”, “sleep associations ” or assistance from their parents.I do not support the controlled crying (Ferber/Extinction) method sleep training. It is important that your child knows that you are there for her and she feels comforted and supported during sleep training.Please read below for further information:

Includes:
- Initial Phone Consultation or Email Contact followed by the Assessment of Family History Sheet Prepare personal Sleep Plan and Schedule for the family/child Telephone or email contact to discuss the plan and answer any questions
- Complimentary follow up/support should any problems arise during training
Personal Consultation – WITH HOME VISIT
Package #2 - $299.00
Includes:
- Initial Phone Consultation or Email Contact followed by the Assessment of Family History Sheet Prepare personal Sleep Plan and Schedule for the family/child In Home Consultation and Q & A session on family/child sleep issues (approximately 2 hours) at your home
- Complimentary follow up/support should any problems arise during training
Personal Consultation – CONSULTATION AT MY LOCATION IN VANCOUVER
Package #3 - $240.00
Includes:
- Initial Phone Consultation or Email Contact followed by the Assessment of Family History Sheet Prepare personal Sleep Plan and Schedule for the family/child Consultation at my location and Q & A session on family/child sleep issues (approximately 1.75 hours) - downtown Vancouver
- Complimentary follow up/support should any problems arise during training
