CONSULTATIONS ARE OFFERED EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK
(space permitting including evenings)
All consultations are with Helen Sands personally.Your confidentiality and security is of the highest priority! A virtual consultation can take place with clients from anywhere in the world.
Sleep Solutions #1
- Virtual Phone or Zoom or Skype and Email.
- Virtually “one on one” with Helen Sands
- Crib Sleeping or Bed Sleeping (age 3 months to 11 years)
- 7 days of “one on one” follow up (meeting face to face on either Skype or Zoom).
- Daily email support for 10 days from day 8.
Sleep Solutions #2
- Virtual Phone or Zoom or Skype and Email.
- Virtually “one on one” with Helen Sands
- Crib Sleeping or Bed Sleeping (age 3 months to 11 years)
- 14 days of virtual “one on one” follow up (meeting face to face on either Skype or Zoom).
- Daily email support for 15 days from day 16
Sleep Solutions #3
- Email Consultation (“One on one” with Helen Sands via email)
- Suitable for families with children between 3 months and 11 years (crib sleeping or bed sleeping).
- Once you decide on your start date, you have 7 days of email follow up, including one email per day with up to 6 questions.
